The Need Identified
Desmond von Teichman, a real estate broker/owner, identified the fact that managing and distributing his leads was not only expensive, but it was also taking far too long to get them in the hands of a qualified agent, thus rendering them less valuable.
Des approached Tom Andersen and James Palmer of Palmer Andersen Design & Development to discuss creating a solution. After some research they discovered there was nothing currently available to solve this problem. While there were plenty of people offering to get leads to agents, nobody was doing it in an intelligent manner, and business owners did not have the power to determine their own rules.
