The Need Identified
Desmond von Teichman, a real estate broker/owner, identified the fact that managing and distributing his leads was not only expensive, but it was also taking far too long to get them in the hands of a qualified agent, thus rendering them less valuable. Des approached Tom Andersen and James Palmer of Palmer Andersen Design & Development to discuss creating a solution. After some research they discovered there was nothing currently available to solve this problem. While there were plenty of people offering to get leads to agents, nobody was doing it in an intelligent manner, and business owners did not have the power to determine their own rules.

Automated Feedback Capture Functionality Released
Lead Assign had proven its capabilities in lead routing. Our customers loved the platform but needed more insight into the conversion status of leads post acceptance. We responded by launching our barrier-less feedback capture form that still did not require salespeople to login.

Realtime Analytics Dashboard Released
We had the data, now we needed a way to present it to our customers in a way that gave them a snapshot of their sales funnel health while allowing them to drill down to individual salesperson performance.

Advanced Geographic Routing
We released advanced geographic routing capabilities enabling customers to route based on location of the lead with greater accuracy while also supporting multiple operating locations for salespeople.

Realtime Map View Released
In addition to the stats dashboard, we released a geographic map view that allowed our customers to watch, in realtime, how their leads were being handled on a region by region basis.
