Most users of Lead Assign get leads into Lead Assign by emailing the leads into their account ‘endpoint’. This works well. But it does rely on Lead Assign to ‘understand’ the email, (see https://leadassign.com/docs/admin-settings/going-live/ for details on that.)

With our latest release, Lead Assign now also has direct Zapier integration. Zapier is a really useful service that allows different APIs to work together better.

That’s technospeak. In plain language,  with Lead Assign’s new Zapier integration, leads from tools such as Gravity Forms, Typeform, JotForm, and all other 34 form solutions (plus others) that Zapier supports. Really Zapier is for solutions that we have not even dreamed of. Connect Leads from a CRM into Lead Assign – and back to the CRM once assigned? Zapier can help with that.

We have launched a completely revamped dashboard that simplifies the overall view of agent performance while at the same time allowing you to drill down and get more insight into individual agent performance.

The lead performance bars show you leads accepted, missed, and declined. If you expand an agent row you will have access to a detailed data extracted from multiple touch points within the platform.

We are able to capture data and display agent stats on the following:

  • Acceptance rates
  • Response times
  • How many successfully customer engagements
  • How many deals in progress
  • How many deals closed
  • How many deals failed
  • Comments logged with system admins

Get a snapshot of how your business is performing

In addition to individual agent performance, we allow you to get a snapshot of how your business is performing across the entire roster.

We are able to display business performance for the following:

  • Total number of leads
  • Acceptance rate
  • Catchall involvement
  • Delinquent leads
  • Typical response time (median response times on accepted leads)

The dashboard allows you to track against a number of key performance indicators. Quickly and easily see how your business is performing, compare against different time periods, and drill down into agent performance.

Redesigned lead acceptance interface

We recently released a revised interface that agents will see when interacting with incoming leads.

The countdown time now gives a visual representation of time left as well as total time offered.We moved your logo into a more prominent position so that agents recognize the lead is from a trusted source. We moved the acceptance button into an optimal position for interaction on a mobile device.

Facebook Lead Ads Support

Facebook Lead Ads are a way to generate leads where customers don’t have to leave Facebook to make an enquiry about your business.

Once a customer fills out a Lead Ad on Facebook, the default behavoir of Facebook is to have you visit Facebook and download the Lead CSV, then use that information to contact the potential customers. This is very far from optimal. Leads sit un answered for hours (or worse).

With Lead Assign you can set up your sales agents – whether they number 2 or 2000, wire up Facebook to send Lead Ads directly to Lead Assign, and have Lead Assign find an agent to respond to and take responsibility for the potential customer in minutes! We have the lead routing rules that you need to make sure the right sales agent gets the leads suited for her, no matter what your business rules are.

As an example, a real estate broker can run a Facebook lead ads campaign, and have Lead Assign distribute leads to real estate agents in real time. The cost of Lead Assign is much less than the cost of lead acquisition (ie your Facebook ad fees) and furthermore, Lead Assign doubles or better the value of each lead, as timely response leads to more conversions! Using Geolocation to Route Leads

Lead Assign has the capability to route leads to thousands of branch offices or retail locations. Recently, we have added a new feature which allows our software to use geolocation to distribute each lead to the closest branch using the latitude-longitude generated from the lead. We used this data to successfully route leads faster, easier, and more accurately than ever before.

Previously, companies had to manually input the correct branch in the correct state/province, however, we are making the process more automated than ever before with our state-of-the-art lead management system.

Dynamic Lead Pricing

Back in March we released a new feature that enables account holders to sell leads, and capture payments, directly. One of the exciting capabilities in that release is the option to dynamically price leads based on the content within the lead.

Let’s say you are selling hot tubs. You might have tags like “Basic hot tub” and “Supremo deluxe hot tub”. With our new tag based dynamic pricing feature, you could make the tag “Basic hot tub” and price it at $10. Then make another tag, let’s say “Supremo deluxe hot tub” and price it at $100. When the lead is distributed it will be priced based on the contents. If a lead hits on multiple tags, Lead Assign will price the lead at the highest value tag.

Dynamic content based pricing will also work for the leads that come from different sources. For example, you may want to sell leads that originate from a subscription service at a higher price than ones generated from your own website. The choice is yours.

Sell leads and collect payment on the spot

We have developed new functionality to allow our users to collect payment on their leads at the point of distribution. This means that instead of the “Accept” button that salespeople currently see, they will see a “Buy Lead Now” button with the price. You choose the price of your leads.

If the salesperson chooses to purchase the lead, they enter their credit card and purchase on the spot! No more monthly invoicing headaches.

What’s more, our dynamic pricing model allows you to assign different prices to tags. If a lead matches multiple tags it will price the lead based on the highest value tag.

 

This dynamic pricing capability means you can assign different prices to leads coming from different sources. For example, you may want to charge a flat fee for leads coming from a lead generation site, but keep them free when they originate from your own site. The choice is yours.

Lead Assign’s coalescing feature prevents multiple leads going to different agents

Let’s say a customer is on your website and sees something they are interested in. They fill out a contact form and hit submit. Voila! The lead is now flowing through your Lead Assign account to the most appropriate agent.

Ok, that’s great but now the customer is poking about and comes across another item of interest. Again, they fill out the form for more information. Now what? Other lead routing systems would treat this second lead as a completely new lead. Lead Assign however, is not like other lead routing systems. We have built a new feature in Lead Assign that will scan incoming leads to determine if they are from the same customer. If in fact, the lead is from the same customer we can either send it directly to the agent that accepted the original lead or append it to a lead that is still “in flight” (meaning a lead that has yet to be accepted). This is an extremely useful feature for people who find they have multiple inquiries from a customer in a short period of time.

The end result is the agent who accepts the lead and deals with the customer will have all the information they need to make a successful sale, and your customers will not be bothered by unnecessary sales calls.

As with all our rules, the way in which our system coalesces leads is configurable. We can set the sensitivity and the maximum duration between leads to ensure the system works the way you intended.
