As a Customer Success Manager responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty, you’ll work daily with existing and new accounts to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.
The role will start as a virtual role and may migrate to a more hybrid remote and occasional on-site role.
