Company Settings: Translations

Lead Assign is available in number of default languages. This section should be used if you want to change the words used on the agent interaction screens. For example, instead of the lead screen showing a button that says “Accept”, you could change it to “Yes please!”.

Note: you should never change the core meaning of a button – for example don’t change “Accept” to “No thank you” (for obvious reasons).

Select the communication type you would like to edit on the left side:

Emails

  • New Lead Email
    The email an agent receives when they are offered a new lead
  • Accepted Lead Email
    The email an agent receives after accepting a lead
  • Catchall Email
    The email a catchall receives if a lead has not been accepted up by applicable agents
  • Follow-up Email
    The email an agent receives when their feedback has been requested by the automated follow up request
  • Commenting Email
    The email an agent or admin receives when a lead has been commented on

SMS Messages

  • New Lead SMS
    The text that shows on new lead SMS messages
  • Accepted Lead SMS
    The text that shows in the confirmation of acceptance SMS
  • Lead Updates SMS
    SMS and agent receives if a lead has been coalesced (when there is more information on a lead that has already been accepted)
  • Catchall SMS
    The SMS message catchalls receive if a lead has not been accepted up by applicable agents

Application Pages

  • Countdown Page
    The screen an agent sees when choosing to accept or decline a lead
  • Accepted Page
    The screen an agent sees once they accept a lead
  • Lead Updated Page
    The screen the agent sees when there is more information on a coalesced lead
  • Catchall Lead Info Page
    The screen a catchall sees when a lead has not been accepted up by applicable agents
  • Timeout Page
    The screen an agent sees if they try to accept a lead after their exclusive time period has expired
  • Declined Page
    The screen an agent sees if they decline a lead
  • Re-queued Page
    The screen an agent sees if they ask for another chance after having missed a lead opprtunity
