Dashboard Analytics

The dashboard provides in depth analytics on how your business and sales force are performing. The analytics dashboard is not available on the Basic plan. For more information visit pricing.

Dashboard Features:

  • Overview of how your business is performing within any given timeframe, including;
    • Lead volume
    • Acceptance rates
    • Delinquency
    • Response times
  • Agent performance overview including;
    • Lead acceptance vs missed leads
    • Average response times
  • Expandable agent row with detailed performance data including;
    • Leads offered vs accepted, declined, timed-out
    • Customer contact status including deals in progress, closed deals, failed deals
    • Average number of comments per lead

If this is your first time seeing this screen you probably don’t have any agents entered yet or you haven’t started sending them leads.

This feature will allow you to visually see a return on investment and which agents are performing optimally. There’s also an exportable version, accessible by clicking the download button in the top right corner, that provides even further information within a CSV file.
