“Reach” is the name of our distributed routing model where the desired result is to offer the lead to salespeople within different partner/reseller accounts. Why “Reach”? Well because it allows the parent company (the one offering the lead) to Reach into multiple reseller accounts and find qualified salespeople to handle the lead.
Reach allows larger sales networks better control over lead distribution and eligibility. This model enables you to pass leads to multiple agents within different companies while still maintaining accurate reporting and exclusivity.
