Operating Hours

In response to customer feedback we are excited to announce the release of “Operating Hours”. Operating Hours allows you to set custom time periods for normal operation. Leads received outside of your operating hours will be held back and will resume automatically the next time you are open.

We engineered Lead Assign to ensure your leads are delivered to the right salesperson at the right time. For most of our customers that means as soon as a customer signals intent. However we realize that some of our customers prefer to hold back leads at certain times of the day….

Enter Operating Hours.

Operating Hours allows you to set custom time periods for normal operation. Leads received outside of your operating hours will be held back and will resume automatically the next time you are open. Leads are still visible in the leads dashboard but will not be distributed to your salespeople until the next available open time. You can override this status on a lead by lead basis if required.

You can setup custom one-off rules. Let’s say you are closed for Thanksgiving… Easy, just choose the date, and set your business to closed, or a custom time range.

If you would like to take advantage of these new features, navigate to the “Operating Hours” settings screen, set your timezone and enable Operating Hours.
