Lead Assign has a new functionality called Shark Tank, whereby sales agents will still have an opportunity to accept a lead after being "timed-out" before it reaches catchall.
We recently released completely new lead email communication designs. These new templates are designed to match the lead detail screens and make it much easier to get to the information you need quickly and efficiently.
In response to customer feedback we are excited to announce the release of “Operating Hours”. Operating Hours allows you to set custom time periods for normal operation. Leads received outside of your operating hours will be held back and will resume automatically the next time you are open.
Connecting Lead Assign to your HubSpot account greatly increases the accuracy of your data within HubSpot by creating and updating deals, setting milestones, and tracking revenue opportunities on the fly.
