Position Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned account executive to play a pivotal role in driving the next phase of
growth at Lead Assign. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in
selling SaaS solutions into large organizations; demonstrating the ability to navigate complex
sales cycles and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. This is an early opportunity
to fill a key role as we build our GTM team. The initial territory will span North America in
selected verticals.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new ARR within target companies throughout North America
  • Build a plan to Identify and target prospects through various channels, including networking, industry events, and cold outreach.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the relationship with enterprise customers
  • Establish strong and lasting senior-level relationships
  • Collaborate in a team environment, partnering with business development and demand-generation to identify and pursue top ICP prospects in our target segments.
  • Experience you should have:
  • 8+ years of experience of working with enterprise customers
  • Proven track record of achieving targets in high-growth environments
  • Sound sales fundamentals and a disciplined approach to building your pipeline
  • Success in building a territory in start-up/early growth-stage companies.
  • Experience selling into revenue organizations and line-of-business owners
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills to become trusted client advocate
  • Ability to position and communicate the value of the Lead Assign solution acrosssegments
  • An understanding of the sales and marketing tech stack and key players in the category.
