Custom Text & Translations

We have just launched a big update to Lead Assign which will allow you to use custom text in your lead communications. Want to change the “Accept” button to say “Hell Yeah”? Well now you can do that. In addition this will allow our you to support different languages (which is a probably a more likely use case).

To make changes in your account visit: and select the “Translation/Messaging” tab.

There you will see all the screens that your agents can see. Now you can simply change the text and hit “Update”. Voila, new text.
