We recently released completely new lead email communication designs. These new templates are designed to match the lead detail screens and make it much easier to get to the information you need quickly and efficiently.

- Single click to accept (or decline)
- Click to call directly from the email. With a single click you can now call without having to go anywhere
- Direct links to provide feedback. Click on the tab headings in the email (the same way you would on the lead screen) to directly access the conversion status screen and commenting screen.
- Feedback requirements email provides direction about what actually needs updating.
