Let’s say you have four agents, and to make this easier to explain let’s call them Joe, Sharon, Brian, and Derek.
In a traditional round robin you send a lead to Joe, then the next one goes to Sharon, then Brian, then Derek. Easy.
But you are using Lead Assign’s intelligent parser and the system picks up that the customer is interested in a commercial property. Only Brian and Derek specialize in commercial. Lead Assign will now dynamically create a round robin out of the qualified agents, Brian and Derek. If Brian received the last lead that both Brian and Derek qualified for, then this lead will go to Derek. Simple.
