Round Robin Improvements

Other systems offer simple round robin, however, that is because other systems do not have the capability to intelligently route leads the way Lead Assign does.

Once you introduce the level of intelligence that Lead Assign is capable of it becomes more difficult to run a traditional round robin, but we’ve figured out how, and I’ll try and explain it here:

Let’s say you have four agents, and to make this easier to explain let’s call them Joe, Sharon, Brian, and Derek.

In a traditional round robin you send a lead to Joe, then the next one goes to Sharon, then Brian, then Derek. Easy.

But you are using Lead Assign’s intelligent parser and the system picks up that the customer is interested in a commercial property. Only Brian and Derek specialize in commercial. Lead Assign will now dynamically create a round robin out of the qualified agents, Brian and Derek. If Brian received the last lead that both Brian and Derek qualified for, then this lead will go to Derek. Simple.

Well, it’s actually not simple, but that’s why we are here. We spend a lot of time working on the math to ensure the right agent gets the right lead so you can concentrate on other things, like growing your business.
