We have launched a completely revamped dashboard that simplifies the overall view of agent performance while at the same time allowing you to drill down and get more insight into individual agent performance.

The lead performance bars show you leads accepted, missed, and declined. If you expand an agent row you will have access to a detailed data extracted from multiple touch points within the platform.

We are able to capture data and display agent stats on the following:

  • Acceptance rates
  • Response times
  • How many successfully customer engagements
  • How many deals in progress
  • How many deals closed
  • How many deals failed
  • Comments logged with system admins

Get a snapshot of how your business is performing

In addition to individual agent performance, we allow you to get a snapshot of how your business is performing across the entire roster.

We are able to display business performance for the following:

  • Total number of leads
  • Acceptance rate
  • Catchall involvement
  • Delinquent leads
  • Typical response time (median response times on accepted leads)
